1. Our Guarantee
All items are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise stated. We take great care to inspect each and every item for signs of restoration or repair and any evidence of such will be detailed in the item description.

2. Payment Terms & Shipping Costs
We accept payments through Paypal, Cheques and International Money Orders in either Pounds Sterling or US Dollars only. Prices exclude all shipping and handling costs which will be calculated depending upon country and location of the mailing address. Payments must be received within 7 days of receipt of the sale confirmation email sent by Asian Arms. All items will be shipped only once payments have cleared. Asian Arms accepts no responsibility for lost payments. We advise that any postal payments are sent registered mail wherever possible.

3. Cancellation & Returns
Asian Arms reserves the right to refund all monies (less handling and bank charges) of any monies or any part thereof paid if the item is found not be as described or arrives damaged as a result of negligent packing by Asian Arms. Notification must be received within three days of receipt of the item and in writing.

4. Data Protection & Privacy
We want to protect the privacy of visitors to our website and that of our customers. No personal data will be forwarded to any other parties without the express agreement of our customers.
